- *Stress caused by the workplace environment: During stress tests, workers are asked to identify any negative impacts relating to physical factors in the workplace, such as noise, lighting, temperature, and ventilation. The higher the deviation value, the better the environment is deemed to be.
- *Job satisfaction: During stress tests, workers are asked whether they are aware of the significance of their work and whether they feel job satisfaction. The higher the deviation value, the higher the level of satisfaction is deemed to be.
- *Overall health risk value: This indicator combines stress check data relating to work quality, work quantity, support from supervisors, and support from colleagues. It is used to ascertain whether employees can work with authority in an energizing environment. The standard figure is 100, and the lower the result the better the working environment.
