1. About the Terms of Use

1. About the operating company of this website

   This website is managed and operated by Nisshin Seifun Group Inc. and its subsidiaries in Japan (hereinafter the "Group" or "we").

2. The scope of the Terms of Use

   The terms and conditions stipulated in the Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") apply to all users (hereinafter "you") of our website(s) (hereinafter the “Site(s)”) managed and operated by the Group. If any individual site within the Group Sites has terms of use inconsistent with these Terms, the terms and conditions specified in and applicable to that site take precedence over those stipulated in these Terms, but only to the extent of any inconsistency.

The interpretation of the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute over the use of the Site(s) and/or the Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance unless otherwise specified.
